Really impressed with this user friendly app! Good value for money as I’ve been paying separately for a few other apps for rosters/log book/NOTAMS etc. I came over from Log Ten Pro, it was easy to import my logbook and love the roster view where I can see my friends rosters at other airlines.

Can I change my subscription tier?We facilitate smooth transitions across all tiers, enabling you to access improved features and functionality, helping you discover the ideal solution for your requirements. To initiate the upgrade process, navigate to the app’s subscription section and select the preferred tier for advancement. The modification in your subscription will be handled by the Apple and the details presented at the time of tier change. The identical process is applicable for downgrades as well.
Can I cancel if I am not 100% satisfied?Absolutely. If you’re not completely satisfied with our app, you can reach out to our support team at support@completeaviation.co.uk within the first 30 days of your subscription. Can I purchase a subscription in a different currency?Yes, absolutely. The Apple App Store manages currency conversions for us, and the subscription screens within the app will show the converted amounts. The displayed currency will be based on the country associated with your Apple account.
Is Complete Aviation available on Android?Complete Aviation’s programming has been structured to facilitate integration with Android. Regrettably, we haven’t reached the phase of actual implementation yet. If you’re an Android user interested in receiving notifications about its availability, kindly reach out to us at support@completeaviation.co.uk, and we’ll ensure your inclusion in the notification list.
Will my subscription automatically renew?Yes, if you subscribed to our app through the Apple App Store, your subscription will be set to automatically renew at the end of the chosen subscription period (monthly or annually). This ensures uninterrupted access to Complete Aviation and its features. If you wish to manage or cancel your subscription, you can do so directly through your Apple ID settings. Keep in mind that changes need to be made at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends to avoid automatic renewal.
Can I purchase a lifetime subscription?At the moment, we do not offer lifetime subscriptions. However, our flexible monthly and annual subscription options are designed to provide you with the best value and continuous access to our evolving features and updates. These options allow you to enjoy the benefits of Complete Aviation without the need for a one-time lifetime purchase.
